Badrul Hisham bin Ibrahim has more than 30 years of experience in project development, civil infrastructure and real-estate assignments. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from California State University and a degree in Applied Sciences from the State University of New York.

He began his career with a construction firm before moving into consultancy and the property industry, specializing in project and development management. His work has covered Malaysia, Africa, the Middle East, Indonesia and Russia.

His experience includes consultancy and construction, land development, building and infrastructure assessment, and civil and structural works. He has served as General Manager for MERCY Malaysia’s humanitarian operations across 11 countries and as Project Director for major programmes and developments, including COVID-19 surge-capacity and immunization programmes, Auto City Complex renovation works, and tsunami-relief work in Banda Aceh.

He has also managed stakeholders for Iskandar Medini Development, project planning and construction activities for Jabal Omar Development in Makkah, infrastructure master planning in Khartoum, and an 11 km underground utility structure in Putrajaya.

Mohamad Aidil Adli Mohd Ghazali has experience in the construction industry, with expertise in mechanical and electrical works. Over the past five years, he has completed renovation and interior-design projects for the company.

He began his career in mechanical works for telecommunications infrastructure before progressing to project-management responsibilities for complete project packages.

Mohd Razib Basiron has 20 years of experience in architectural and urban design, planning, project development, strategy management and construction. His career has included architectural, interior-design, urban-planning, project-management and development work.

He has worked across professional practice, academia and entrepreneurship, with local and international exposure. His technical knowledge and hands-on approach support both fieldwork and multidisciplinary project delivery.

His work includes completing the RM2.4 million fast-track GWM Assembly Plant and Office projects; preparing a master plan and site planning for a private livestock quarantine complex in Jeli, Kelantan; and preparing design and tender documents for the Military Hospital at Terendak Camp, Melaka.

As a Senior Designer and Projects Architect, he has worked from development vision and concept through construction and handover, including the PLOT 1 Reem Island Abu Dhabi development. He has completed more than 35 projects. He has accumulated 38 years of working experience, specializing in infrastructure construction projects—particularly in sewerage and water works for pipeline distribution and treatment plants.

Prior to joining the organization, he served as Assistant General Manager, overseeing financial management and project deliverables for the Langat Sewerage Project, which consolidated three separate regional plants into a single centralized plant in the Langat Catchment area.
