PROFESSOR SR. DR. FADZIL HASSAN
Brings over three decades of academic leadership at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), where his research and contributions have played a pivotal role in shaping Malaysia’s construction policies and practices. His work has been instrumental in raising industry standards and addressing key challenges in project implementation nationwide.
He is currently an Associate at ABH Global
Management & Services Sdn Bhd, where he leverages his expertise to support strategic initiatives in construction quality and professional development. As an HRDF-certified trainer and a member of several CIDB advisory panels, he actively contributes to the enhancement of industry training frameworks and knowledge-sharing platforms—helping to build capacity and elevate competencies across the construction sector.
BADRUL HISHAM IBRAHIM
founded ABH Global Management & Services Sdn Bhd in 2011 after returning from a humanitarian mission in Aceh. He has extensive experience in consultancy, construction, property development, and manufacturing sectors.
As the managing director, Badrul oversees the company’s operations and ensures that its performance aligns with the envisioned goals. He also represents the company and manages stakeholder engagements.
With over 33 years of experience, Badrul has a geographical presence across Malaysia, Africa, the Middle East, Indonesia, and Russia. Locally, he is involved in iconic projects and mega developments, including the Petronas Twin Towers, Putrajaya, and the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), among others.
MOHAMAD AIDIL ADLI MOHD GHAZALI
As a Field Executive, plays a key role in coordinating on-site operations and ensuring the effective execution of construction activities. He is responsible for managing the exchange of technical information between consultants, specialists, and subcontractors, ensuring that all works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Fuelled by a deep passion for the construction industry, he adopts an innovative and solutions-driven approach, consistently contributing to project efficiency and success. His professional demeanour and collaborative spirit create a positive and productive work environment, making him a highly regarded team player in the delivery
of high-performing projects.
BAZLI ISMAIL
is a certified Project Management Professional who leads the Project Management Unit and has 39 years of experience in delivering and managing various complex projects with multi-million dollar contractual arrangements. He possesses a keen understanding of project risks, regulatory requirements, and best practices, which enables him to optimize internal systems, personnel management, and financial strategies effectively.
MUHD NOOR MUGHNI AHMAD KASAR
As the Construction Manager, he is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards. His role involves managing resources efficiently, coordinating with
multidisciplinary stakeholders, and closely monitoring work progress to drive execution excellence.
He brings a solutions-oriented mindset, emphasizing innovation and creativity in resolving complex construction challenges. With a proven track record in developing and leading high-performing teams, he consistently delivers results that exceed expectations and align with organizational objectives.
MOHD RAZIB BASIRON
With over two decades of extensive experience across architectural and urban design, master planning, project development, strategic management, and construction delivery, Mohd Razib Basiron currently leads as Head of the Design and Innovation Unit. His multidisciplinary expertise and sound technical foundation allow him to operate seamlessly across both strategic planning and on-ground execution. Throughout his career spanning professional practice, academia, and entrepreneurship, he has built a strong portfolio of local and international projects, demonstrating leadership, adaptability, and a forward-thinking approach in driving impactful outcomes.
TS. DR. AHMAD FIRDAUS CHE OMAR
is a distinguished academic, industry consultant, and HRD Corp-certified trainer with a Ph.D. in Materials Science. He actively engages with Malaysia’s construction and property development sectors, providing expert consultation on construction quality standards and best practices.
As an Associate at ABH Global Management & Services Sdn Bhd, Dr. Firdaus holds certifications as a QLASSIC Trainer and Assessor, with a specialization in on-site quality assessments. His technical proficiency and industry knowledge are regularly shared through targeted training programs, contributing to the upskilling of professionals and the advancement of quality benchmarks within the built environment.
NOR AZLAN AYUB
leads the Construction Unit, holds an International Project Manager Certificate, and is a Certified Planning Engineer. He is also a qualified QLASSIC Assessor and holds a competency qualification from CIDB to deliver QLASSIC Training in Architectural Forensics. Under the purview of CIDB, Azlan has been instrumental in pursuing and developing full implementation and enforcement of the Quality Assessment System in Construction to alleviate and evaluate the quality of construction work in Malaysia.
