He has accumulated 38 years of working experience, specializing in infrastructure construction projects—particularly in sewerage and water works for pipeline distribution and treatment plants.
Prior to joining the organization, he served as Assistant General Manager, overseeing financial management and project deliverables for the Langat Sewerage Project, which consolidated three separate regional plants into a single centralized plant in the Langat Catchment area. His extensive experience, specialized expertise, and certified competency are valuable assets to the organization and its achievements.
KEY EXPERIENCE
Post Assistant General Manager / Assistant Project Director Position
- Langat Sewerage Project to treat 920,000 PE covering 77.6km² catchment area, with a project value cost of RM1.5 billion.
- Developed strategy proposals for Non-Revenue Water (NRW) projects for Labuan and Temerloh; the National Water Services Master Plan for Melaka, Johor, Pulau Pinang, Wilayah Persekutuan, Pahang and Kelantan; Senai Airport City; and a potential solar plant for rural electrification.
Design Manager / Senior Engineer Position
- Completed Legoland Theme Park in Iskandar Johor, estimated construction cost RM450 million.
- Led design and construction for Medini Development infrastructure works, Iskandar Malaysia, project value RM1.0 billion.
- Completed Putrajaya Diplomatic Enclave, Precinct 15, Putrajaya infrastructure, landscape and auxiliary facilities.
- Completed a 29-storey, 150-unit condominium and three-storey carpark at Taman Seputih, Kuala Lumpur, project value RM32.5 million.
- Prepared a master plan and completed construction of Malaysian Armed Forces Quarters and the Army Combat Arms Training Center (CATC) in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan.
- Responsible for M&E design review, design-management systems, technical designs and RFPs in compliance with client specifications and tender requirements.
