Mohd Razib Basiron has 20 years of experience in architectural and urban design, planning, project development, strategy management and construction. His career has included architectural, interior-design, urban-planning, project-management and development work.
He has worked across professional practice, academia and entrepreneurship, with local and international exposure. His technical knowledge and hands-on approach support both fieldwork and multidisciplinary project delivery.
KEY EXPERIENCE
His work includes completing the RM2.4 million fast-track GWM Assembly Plant and Office projects; preparing a master plan and site planning for a private livestock quarantine complex in Jeli, Kelantan; and preparing design and tender documents for the Military Hospital at Terendak Camp, Melaka.
As a Senior Designer and Projects Architect, he has worked from development vision and concept through construction and handover, including the PLOT 1 Reem Island Abu Dhabi development. He has completed more than 35 projects. He has also volunteered as a technical advisor for MERCY Malaysia, supporting assessments and resource negotiations for shelter and infrastructure rebuilding in Malaysia and disaster-affected areas of Asia.
