leads the Construction Unit, holds an International Project Manager Certificate, and is a Certified Planning Engineer. He is also a qualified QLASSIC Assessor and holds a competency qualification from CIDB to deliver QLASSIC Training in Architectural Forensics. Under the purview of CIDB, Azlan has been instrumental in pursuing and developing full implementation and enforcement of the Quality Assessment System in Construction to alleviate and evaluate the quality of construction work in Malaysia.
